Recipe for Health has the respect and trust of several local companies to complete a nutrient analysis of their menu items. We used computerized software to analyze recipes to provide detailed analyses of menu items.
If you are interested in this service, we will require a minimum of the following information:
- Recipe with ingredients and measure, method of processing (e.g. baked, fried), and yield (e.g. 16 loaves)
- If you would like us to use your particular product for analysis (rather than rely on our extensive product database) we do require a picture or link to nutrition facts table for the particular product. We will let you know if we require additional information, including nutrition facts tables for nutrition information clarification.
